A treasure quest is a simple format with a strong effect on a team. Each crew receives a set of clues, a map and a list of tasks, and must solve them in the right order before the others. In the Camargue, the clues lead the teams through villages, along the dykes and across open country, which makes the search itself a way of discovering the region.

The quest mixes three kinds of challenge. Riddles test reasoning and the ability to read a map together. Mystery photos ask the crews to find a place or a detail on the route and to prove it. Precision driving tasks, carried out in a safe and supervised area, reward calm coordination between the driver and the navigator. No single person can win the quest alone, and the roles inside each car are shared.

The quest suits a seminar afternoon or a welcome programme for a new team. The scenario is written around the objectives of the company, for example a product, a value or a local partner, so that the answers reinforce the message of the event. The final ranking is revealed at a shared meal or a short gathering, where teams compare their routes and discuss what worked.

Objectives

  • Build coordination between colleagues who must trust each other's instructions
  • Turn a day of travel into an active and memorable team challenge
  • Reinforce a company message through the content of the clues

How it works

  1. 1The scenario is written with the client, around the chosen objectives and the Camargue locations.
  2. 2Crews are formed and each car receives a map, a set of clues and a briefing.
  3. 3Teams solve the riddles, find the mystery photo spots and complete the driving tasks.
  4. 4The ranking is announced at a shared meal or a short closing gathering.

Good to know

  • Driving tasks take place in a safe, supervised area and are adapted to the licences of the participants.
  • Some clues require walking on uneven ground, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • The scenario is tailored to the client, so the content and the level of difficulty are confirmed in advance.

Indicative budget

Indicative only, to be confirmed on quotation. The price depends on the scenario, the number of vehicles and the final programme. Excluding VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Do the participants need driving experience?

A valid driving licence is needed to drive. The driving tasks are simple and carried out at a controlled pace in a supervised area.

Can the quest be written around our company values?

Yes. The clues and the final questions are written with the client, so that the content reflects the objectives of the event.

How many teams can take part?

The format works with a small number of crews as well as with a larger group split into several teams. The number of vehicles and the route are set once the group size is known.
