Frequently asked questions

When should the Courchevel winter stay be booked?

Palace hotels fill early for the season running from mid-December to April. We advise confirming six to nine months ahead, and reserving heli-skiing slots at the same time.

Is heli-skiing guaranteed?

No, it always depends on weather and snow conditions, assessed by the mountain guides on the day. A fully planned alternative ensures the day remains rewarding.

Can non-skiers take part?

Yes. Spa, snowshoeing, private lunches and chalet dinners allow non-skiers to enjoy the same stay, with their own host if needed.
