6-Day Incentive in Paris and Champagne

A six-day incentive travel France programme for 40 to 60 top performers from Asia, North America and South America: two nights in Paris, two in Champagne and a final night back in Paris. A TGV day to Reims brings vineyards, cellars and a cellar dinner into the middle of the week, after the first recovery days, and the group returns to Paris for a gala evening.

Budget

From approximately €4,600 per person excluding VAT and flights

Indicative figure for 50 participants over six days: five nights across a Paris hotel and a Champagne hotel, group TGV travel between Paris and Reims, meals, cellar visits and dinners, a Paris gala evening, the Opéra Garnier visit, a jazz evening and private coach transfers. Long-haul airfares and VAT are excluded. The harvest session depends on the season, and the final quotation depends on dates and room numbers.

Domande frequenti

Is the TGV journey to Reims included for the whole group?

Yes. The programme includes a group booking on a TGV from Paris Gare de l'Est to Reims, about 45 minutes, with private coaches at both ends. Train times are fixed when dates are confirmed, and the whole group travels together so the schedule holds.

Can the vineyard and cellar visits take place outside harvest season?

Yes. Cellar visits, private blending sessions and cellar dinners run through the year, subject to each house's calendar. The corporate grape harvest only takes place during the autumn harvest, so outside that period we replace it with a guided vineyard walk or a second cellar visit.

How do you manage jet lag for guests from Asia and the Americas?

Day 1 is kept for arrival and an early night, and day 2 has no sessions before the late morning. Working sessions are placed in the Paris hours that suit each region: mornings for Asia, early afternoon for North and South America. Rest blocks are built into most days, and evening events finish earlier during the first two days.

Are halal and vegetarian meals available at every stop?

Dietary needs are collected at registration and confirmed with each hotel and restaurant before the programme is final, including halal, vegetarian, pork-free and fish or shellfish allergies. Not every restaurant or cellar can guarantee halal preparation, so we confirm this in writing and offer an alternative where needed.

Do guests from Thailand, Vietnam or China need a Schengen visa?

Nationals of Thailand and Vietnam usually need a Schengen visa, and so generally do Chinese nationals. Consular appointments can take several weeks to obtain, so we recommend starting the file as soon as the guest list is known. Visa-exempt guests should check current rules on the EU travel authorisation (ETIAS) and its start date before booking.
