Alpine team olympics bring the logic of a sporting day into a private chalet. Teams of six to eight compete through a short programme of games that mixes physical and mental tasks: a relay on the snow outside, a construction exercise with timber and rope, a blind tasting of regional products and a quiz on the history of the Mont-Blanc valley. Each event can be understood within a minute, so people who do not know each other well take part from the first round.
A professional facilitator sets the rules, keeps the timing and manages the scoring, which leaves participants free to focus on the game. Teams are formed in advance by the client or drawn at random on the day, so that colleagues from different departments work together. Points build up over the afternoon, and a closing ceremony with a small trophy and a shared aperitif gives the group a clear finish.
The format suits a seminar that needs a break between sessions, a welcome programme at the start of a convention or a team day held before a gala dinner. The chalet offers a warm setting, and the outdoor elements can be adapted to snow conditions and to the mobility of each participant. Materials, scoring sheets and a written briefing are prepared in advance, and the programme can be adjusted to the size of the group and the languages spoken.
目的
- Build cooperation between colleagues from different departments
- Offer a shared challenge that does not depend on sporting level
- Create energy and conversation between the sessions of a seminar
- Close the day with a recognition moment for every team
流れ
- 1We agree the objectives, the group size and the preferred mix of indoor and outdoor games with the client.
- 2Teams are formed in advance or by a neutral draw on arrival, and a facilitator gives the briefing.
- 3Participants move through four to six games, each scored by the facilitator on a shared sheet.
- 4A closing ceremony announces the results, with a small trophy and a shared aperitif.
ご留意事項
- Outdoor games depend on snow and weather. An indoor alternative is planned for each outdoor element.
- Participants should bring warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear for the outdoor part.
- Teams can be formed by department to reinforce existing links, or mixed to build new ones. We recommend mixing.
- The chalet must be booked well ahead in winter, especially during school holidays.
参考予算
Indicative, between €90 and €150 per person excluding VAT for a three-hour programme with facilitator, games and materials included. Lunch or dinner, transfers and accommodation are quoted separately, and the price depends on the chalet, the season and the group size.
よくあるご質問
Do participants need to be sporty?
No. The games are designed so that every participant can contribute, whatever their fitness. The facilitator adapts the outdoor tasks, and each team shares roles that do not depend on physical strength.
Can the programme take place if there is no snow?
Yes. The outdoor games can be replaced by equivalents held in the chalet or in a covered space, so the programme keeps its format. The facilitator confirms the choice a few days before the event.
How long is the transfer from Geneva airport?
The road journey from Geneva airport to Megève takes around one and a half hours, depending on traffic and weather. Transfers for the whole group are quoted on request.
