The Alpine Hiking Stay is a multi-day programme for colleagues who want to walk together through the mountains over several days. Groups can choose a challenge version with longer distances and more height gain, or a discovery version with shorter stages, more time for viewpoints and a relaxed evening. The route is built as a loop or as a point-to-point traverse, and it can move between resorts, mountain huts and valley towns, depending on the chosen objective. Luggage is transported by vehicle between stages, so each participant carries only what they need for the day, which makes the stay accessible to people who are not used to multi-day hiking. A professional mountain guide leads the group, shares the landscape, fauna and flora of the area, and adapts the pace to the least experienced walker, so the group moves together. Accommodation can be in hotels for the lighter stages and in mountain refuges for longer ones, which gives the stay a rhythm that changes from day to day. Meals are arranged in advance, and the evenings are kept free for conversation, which is often where the team bonds most. The programme suits a team retreat, a reward for a year of work or an annual meeting that wants to move beyond the conference room. Route, distances, accommodation and level are designed with the client, and the final plan depends on the season, the weather and the group's objectives.

Can the stay be run in winter?
The hiking format is mainly designed for spring to autumn. Winter stays are possible on snowshoes, on a different route and with adapted equipment, and are planned case by case.
