Snow Tribe Challenge turns a winter day in the Mont Blanc area into a team competition built on the codes of a survival game. Participants are divided into tribes with deliberately mixed profiles, then work through a sequence of physical and playful tasks on snow: an obstacle course, a search for a hidden immunity token that gives the team who finds it a real advantage, and a balance contest on poles at the end of the day that settles the ranking. Skiing is not a condition for the core tasks, although ski accessories add difficulty for those who use them. The format suits corporate groups who want colleagues to know each other beyond the meeting room. Nobody has to be an athlete, because the tasks are scaled so that the most cautious member of a tribe contributes as much as the most energetic. A short debrief after the final result helps turn the scores into a conversation about how each tribe organised itself, which is where most of the value sits for a team. The scenario, the rules and the mix of tasks are adapted to the number of tribes, the time available and the snow conditions.

Objetivos

  • Build cooperation between colleagues who rarely work side by side
  • Practise communication and quick decision-making under time pressure
  • Offer a winter activity that does not require any prior snow sport
  • Finish with a shared debrief on how the team organised itself

Como funciona

  1. 1We confirm the date, the number of tribes and any mobility constraints, then check the snow conditions on the chosen area.
  2. 2Participants are split into tribes at the meeting point, with a briefing on the rules and the safety instructions.
  3. 3Each tribe moves through the tasks in turn, guided by an instructor who keeps the scoring and the timing.
  4. 4The final balance contest decides the winning tribe, followed by a short debrief in a mountain venue.
  5. 5Transfers return the group to the resort, or the programme continues with a meal or an evening activity.

Bom saber

  • Participants need warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy boots. Gloves and a hat are essential at altitude.
  • The tasks depend on snow conditions, which can change during the day; the instructor may adapt the programme on the spot.
  • Peak weeks in winter and school holidays are busy; early booking is advised.

Orçamento indicativo

Perguntas frequentes

Do participants need to know how to ski?

No. The core tasks are built for mixed levels and do not depend on skiing. Those who ski can use their equipment for some tasks, which adds difficulty but is never required.

What happens if there is not enough snow?

The programme is adapted to the conditions, either by moving the tasks to a lower or more sheltered area or by swapping some of them for games that do not need snow. The group is informed in advance wherever possible.

Can the event be combined with a corporate dinner?

Yes. The final ranking is often announced over a mountain meal or a dinner in the resort, which lets the debrief continue in a more relaxed setting. We quote the dinner as a separate item.
