Game-show challenges give a group a clear structure for the evening or the afternoon. Teams compete through a sequence of mini-games, each with its own rules and its own way of earning points. The format borrows the energy of television programmes: a host introduces each round, the teams place bets, and the scores are displayed as the game goes on.
The games are chosen to suit a wide range of people. Some test knowledge, some test reflexes, and others rely on group coordination or a bit of nerve. Because each round is short, nobody is left out for long, and the rivalry between teams stays friendly.
