Day 1 – Arrival in Paris and early night
- Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle or Orly. Direct flights from the Gulf to Charles de Gaulle are available (check schedules); a private coach meets every arrival.
- Private coach transfer to the hotel in Paris 8e, about 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. The coach team handles luggage.
- 15:00 – Check-in. A quiet space for prayer is requested from the hotel or a nearby venue and confirmed before arrival.
- 18:30 – Short welcome drink at the hotel, with a briefing on the week.
- 20:30 – Light dinner at the hotel or a restaurant nearby, then an early night.

Day 2 – Paris at an easy pace
- 09:30 – Late breakfast, with halal and vegetarian options confirmed in advance.
- 11:00 – Free time, with an optional private shopping appointment arranged on request.
- 13:00 – Light lunch at the hotel.
- 15:00 – Flexible rest block: no programme, for sleep and recovery. This block can be moved on request.
- 20:00 – Welcome dinner in the neoclassical gala hall in Paris 1er, in a private room for the group.

Day 3 – Working morning and an evening at Versailles
- 09:30 – Working session on the week's decisions, timed for late morning in the Gulf.
- 11:30 – Coffee break.
- 13:00 – Lunch at the hotel.
- 15:00 – Free afternoon, for those who wish to rest or shop.
- 18:00 – Private guided visit of the Palace of Versailles, followed by an exclusive dinner in a private hall of the palace, outside public hours.
- 23:00 – Return to Paris by private coach.

Day 4 – Flight to Nice and a quiet evening
- 08:30 – Breakfast, then private coach from the hotel to Paris Orly.
- 10:30 – Domestic flight from Paris Orly to Nice Côte d'Azur, about 1 hour 20 minutes in the air.
- 12:30 – Private transfer from Nice airport to the Hôtel Negresco on the Promenade des Anglais.
- 15:00 – Check-in and flexible rest block, with no programme until the evening.
- 19:30 – Dinner at Le Chantecler, Nice.

- 13:30 – Lunch in Grasse before the return.
- 15:30 – Private coach to Nice Côte d'Azur airport, with luggage handled by the coach team, for the flight to Paris and onward connections.

International airfares, the domestic Paris to Nice flight and VAT are excluded. Sailing, gala and restaurant options depend on the season and availability.

How do you plan Ramadan, prayer times and halal dining for Gulf guests?
We confirm the Ramadan dates for the year of travel before the programme is set, then adjust meal times, the timing of evening events and the start of working sessions. Quiet prayer spaces are requested from the hotels and venues used and confirmed before arrival. Halal meals are confirmed in writing with each restaurant, since not every gastronomic table can guarantee halal preparation.
Is the Paris to Nice journey by air or by train?
The programme uses a domestic flight from Paris Orly to Nice Côte d'Azur, about 1 hour 20 minutes in the air, with private coach transfers at both ends. The TGV takes more than five hours between Paris and Nice before transfers, which does not suit a group that is also managing long-haul connections.
Can the Riviera days avoid long road journeys?
Yes. Nice to Cannes, Nice to Grasse and Nice to Monaco are each around 40 minutes by coach. We plan each day around one main destination, so the road time stays short and the group keeps its energy for the evening.
Is the Versailles dinner really private?
The dinner takes place in a private hall of the palace outside public opening hours, subject to the palace's conditions and availability. The format, group size and timing are confirmed with the palace before the programme is validated.
What does the indicative budget include?
The indicative budget covers three nights in Paris, two nights in Nice, meals, the Versailles evening, the sailing charter, the Grasse workshop, the Monaco gala dinner, private coaches and local transfers. It excludes international airfares, the domestic flight, VAT and optional extras such as private shopping. Figures move with dates and with the number of guests.
