Day 1 – Arrival in Versailles and dinner in Paris
- Arrival at Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle, then private transfers to Le Louis Versailles Château – MGallery, in the centre of Versailles
- 15:00 – Check-in and welcome drink in the Orangerie salon of about 90 m²
- 17:30 – Private transfer to Paris 16e
- 20:00 – Welcome dinner at Le Loft Etoilé, a private loft of about 200 m² with a view of the Arc de Triomphe

Day 2 – Work session, mystery hunt in Paris 5th and barge dinner
- 09:30 – Working session on the group's priorities in the Orangerie salon or a modular room
- 13:00 – Lunch at the hotel, then transfer to Paris
- 15:00 – Mystery hunt at the Musée de Cluny, Paris 5th: the group is split into two groups of 10 to 15 people, each playing a session of about 1 hour 30 minutes, one after the other, with a personalised road book per team
- 20:00 – Dinner aboard the Panoramic Barge at Quai du Point-du-Jour, Boulogne-Billancourt, with a panoramic lounge and mirrored ceilings

Day 3 – Smartphone treasure hunt and farewell lunch in Paris
- 09:00 – Smartphone treasure hunt with QR codes, indoors or outdoors as agreed at booking: teams play from their phones for 1 hour 30 to 2 hours 30
- 11:30 – Debrief in the Orangerie salon and closing words
- 12:30 – Farewell lunch at Procope, Paris 6th, a historic café-restaurant near the Odéon theatre, after a transfer from Versailles
- Afternoon – Private transfers to the airports or to Paris stations

Price drivers: hotel nights at Le Louis Versailles Château – MGallery (indicative, rooms and meeting packages on quotation by season), the hire of Le Loft Etoilé, the day rate of €4,500 for the Panoramic Barge (VAT basis set out in the quotation), the mystery hunt at the Musée de Cluny from €70 per person (VAT basis set out in the quotation), the smartphone treasure hunt from €60 per person (VAT treatment set out in the quote), the lunch at Procope from €40 per person excluding VAT, with formula and room hire set out in your proposal, and private transfers.

How far ahead should a Versailles incentive be booked?
We recommend booking three to four months ahead. The Cluny mystery hunt and the Procope lunch are checked for availability before the programme is confirmed.
What group size does this programme accept?
The programme is designed for 20 to 30 participants. The Cluny mystery hunt is designed for groups of 4 to 20, so the group is split in two, the smartphone treasure hunt accepts 5 to 300 people and the barge seats 80 guests. The plan holds for groups within this range, subject to availability.
What is included, and what can be customised?
The quotation covers the hotel, venue hire, activities and private transfers. Dates, the mystery hunt, menus and the storyline of the games can be adapted, and activity prices are confirmed on quotation.
